The painting appears to be in fair to good condition with the following areas of paint loss: a 1/8 inch by 5/8 inch chip loss 5 inches from the top and 6 inches from the right side of the frame, a pin dot of paint loss in the upper left sky 4 3/4 inches from the top and 4 1/4 inches from the left side of the frame, paint loss at the lower left corner, paint loss at the lower right located 2 inches from the bottom and 4 1/2 inches from the left frame edges, scattered pin dot areas of paint loss between the trees in the sky and pink background areas, and a pin dot of paint loss at the center left 3/4 inch from the frame edge. The painting was viewed under blacklight and appears to have scattered dots of inpainting throughout the sky. The frame appears to be in good condition with general wear and tear.
