The painting appears to be in good condition with faint areas of craquelure throughout the clouds in the upper right, the mountain snow capped peaks, and in the center and foreground snow areas. The painting has been examined under a blacklight and does not show indication of inpainting. The paint layer appears to be stable. The frame appears to be in good condition with miter splits at all four corners.
