Condition
Overall this painting is in excellent condition. Under UV inpainting is evident scattered throughout, as well as over two vertical tear repairs (one on the lower right side and the other on the middle of the left side). There is minor spotting throughout the bottom half of the canvas. The gilt frame shows signs of minor wear and tear but is stable and in excellent condition. Signed lower right: Frederic Remington
