Overall this painting is in excellent condition. Under UV one section of minor inpainting is evident in the foreground. There is also possible inpainting around the faces of the figures and in the sky behind them. The canvas shows signs of craquelure on the top edge and throughout the painting where the paint is thinner. The gilt frame exhibits general wear and tear and cracking in the corners, but is stable and otherwise in excellent condition. Signed lower left: © Delano
