Overall this painting is in fair condition. The canvas exhibits craquelure throughout, with heavy cracking in the top fourth. There is a small area of loss in the upper left corner, as well as minor staining along the edges in the upper left corner. Under UV inpainting is evident on the lower left side in the snow tracks and the bushes mid-left. The gilt frame shows signs of minor wear and tear, but is stable and in excellent condition.
