This painting is in overall excellent condition and the board is bright and clear. Under UV no inpainting or overpainting is evident. The gilt frame shows signs of splitting in all four corners, particularly the upper right, but is stable and otherwise in excellent condition. Signed lower right: McCarthy ‘71
